How do I care for my jewellery?
With proper care, your jewellery will stay in prime condition for a really long time.
. avoid prolonged exposure to moisture and harsh chemicals (sanitisers, perfumes, chlorine, cleaning agents, saltwater, etc.)
. when cleaning, use a soft cloth and mild soap.
. store your jewellery individually in a soft pouch (provided with your purchase). For necklaces, the pouches have separate compartments for the chains and the pendants.
. while 316 stainless steel is a tough & durable metal, the inlays are made of thin slices of natural stones which can require extra care.
Is 316 stainless steel jewellery safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, 316 stainless steel is considered hypoallergenic. However, if you have known metal sensitivities, we recommend consulting with a dermatologist before extended wear.
Will my products tarnish or rust?
Ans: 316 stainless steel is highly resistant to tarnish and rust, which is what makes it such a good choice for everyday jewellery.
How do I know my ring size?
The easiest way is to use a printable ring size guide or ring sizer tool, both of which you can find online. You can also visit a local jeweller to get an accurate measurement.
