REFUND POLICY
To ensure a fair and sustainable experience for all our customers, we have established a clear process for returns and replacements. Please review the following terms before completing your purchase.
Return / replacement requests must be placed within 3 (three) days of delivery of the product.
To initiate the process of return / replacement, please write to hello@craymeleon.com.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. This must also include any free gifts or promotional items originally sent with the product.
Items that show signs of use, wear, alteration, or damage caused after delivery will be rejected upon inspection and will not qualify for a refund.
All returns will be subject to shipping / handling charges of Rs. 150/-, which will be deducted from the refund, except in cases where the product received was damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was delivered, provided sufficient proof is submitted.
A reverse pickup will be scheduled for you if your location qualifies for the same.
In the event a reverse pickup cannot be arranged for your location, you will be required to ship the item at your own cost to the designated return address which will be communicated to you.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item has passed inspection.

Damaged / Defective Products:
To process any claim for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received, an unboxing video showing the original packaging is required.
Please contact us within 3 (three) days of delivery with the unboxing video and clear photos of the issue. Eligible cases will receive a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Damage, defect, or incorrect item claims may be rejected if the damage appears to have occurred after delivery, is due to customer handling, or if the required proof is not provided.
The company reserves the right to make the final decision on all claims based on a thorough inspection of the item and the evidence submitted.
Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, customers may initiate a return after delivery, and return shipping and handling charges will apply.
To request a cancellation, please contact us at hello@craymeleon.com as soon as possible with your order details.
If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
IMPORTANT GUIDELINES:
Certain product categories may not be eligible for return or replacement. These restrictions will be clearly mentioned on the respective product pages.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size, colour, or style, please initiate a return for your current item and place a new order.
To ensure the best experience and avoid the need for returns, please check your size carefully before purchasing.
